Offshore Drilling Rig Hose Package
Supply of a complete package of specialised hoses for the auxiliary equipment of an offshore drilling rig, all with SS Camlock Type A couplings and a standard length of 55 metres unless noted otherwise.

Deep Well Hose
Corrosion-resistant deep-well suction hose, 4-inch (DN100) size, stainless steel 316 body, Victaulic/ASME150RF connection, for rig and offshore platform operations.
Drilling Rig Vibration Hose
4-inch hose, 5000 psi working pressure (tested to 7500 psi), to API Spec 7K service level FSL-1, with FIG1003 Hammer Union coupling and safety clamp.
Break Out Unit Hydraulic Hose
3/4-inch and 1-inch hydraulic hose, 4000 psi working pressure, to SAE 100R12 / EN 856 R12 / ISO 3862-R12, supplied by the metre for rig break-out units.
Air and Hydraulic Hose for Well Tubing Units
Dual-steel-braid air hose (5/8, 1/2 and 1-inch sizes, 40 bar) together with 1-inch (250 bar) and 1-1/4-inch (125 bar) hydraulic hose with JIC/BSP swivel couplings, pressure-tested with a third-party inspector present.
Standalone Hydraulic Crimp Ferrule
Supply of hydraulic crimp ferrules in 1/4 to 2-inch sizes, as standalone spare parts for rig assembly and maintenance units.
Rig Valves and Instrumentation
Stainless steel 304/316 ball valves (1 to 3-inch sizes), safety relief valves and industrial pressure gauges to ISO 4126 and EN 837, and solenoid valves for water-maker equipment.
