High-pressure hose for fracturing, acidizing and well-completion fluids; carries water-based, oil-based, foamed and acidic fluids at pressures up to 15,000 psi.
Product Overview
Fracturing hose connects surface pumping equipment to the frac manifold in hydraulic fracturing, acidizing, sand fracturing and well completion operations, and must withstand very high pumping pressure together with abrasive fluids carrying sand or proppant. Tose'e Tejarat Sayyalat supplies this product to well service companies and well completion contractors to the technical requirements of each project.
Construction
- Tube: full-flow polymer composite for minimum pressure drop and smooth proppant flow
- Reinforcement: multiple layers of high-tensile spiral steel wire with enhanced flexibility
- Outer cover: synthetic rubber resistant to abrasion and weathering
- Couplings: integral union, integral flange or other end connections on request
