Supply and assembly of single- and double-wire braid high-pressure hose for drilling and process applications.
Product Overview
Wire-braided hose is hydraulic hose reinforced with one or more layers of steel wire braid, used to carry hydraulic fluid at high pressure. The number of wire layers (1, 2, 4 or 6) directly determines the working pressure the hose can withstand. Tose'e Tejarat Sayyalat supplies and assembles these hoses for the oil and gas, petrochemical, steel, automotive, mining and other industries, and — depending on the project — also supplies them as deep well hose, vibration hose and flexible dump hose for shale shakers. Fitting of hose ends is carried out on standard crimping equipment in our own workshop.

Each wire-braided hose grade has its own page with a full table of working pressure (WP), test pressure (TP) and burst pressure (BP) for every size. The data is taken directly from the technical catalogue of the supplying brand (PHONEX) and conforms to the reference standards SAE J517 and EN 853/856 — the same standards that underpin the Parker Hannifin and Gates Corporation catalogues.
SAE 100 R1AT
Single steel wire braid; working pressure up to 225 bar (1/4 inch size).
SAE 100 R2AT
Two steel wire braids; working pressure up to 400 bar (1/4 inch size).
SAE 100 R5
Textile plus one wire braid; DOT/FMVSS 106 approved.
4SH / DIN EN 856
Four spiral wire layers; working pressure up to 420 bar.
SAE 100 R15
The highest pressure grade; working pressure up to 445 bar, MSHA approved.
