Product Overview
One-wire braid hose (SAE 100R1AT) is reinforced with a single layer of high-tensile steel wire braid and is designed for medium-pressure hydraulic lines. The inner tube is made of durable synthetic rubber and the outer cover of rubber resistant to abrasion and weathering. Tose'e Tejarat Sayyalat supplies this product in accordance with the supplier's technical catalogue (PHONEX) and crimps it with hose end fittings to the project's requirements.

Selection guidance for buyers: If your hydraulic circuit operates at medium working pressure (up to around 225 bar in the 1/4 inch size) and you need more flexibility than a two-braid hose offers, R1AT is the economical and widely used choice. For higher pressures, move up to the R2AT grade or above.
