Hose fittings and crimped ends
Metal fittings for the permanent assembly of both ends of hydraulic hose.
Product Overview
Hose fittings are the metal components crimped onto both ends of a hydraulic hose to connect it to equipment or pipework. The quality of that connection has a direct bearing on the safety of the system at working pressure. Tose'e Tejarat Sayyalat sources and imports the full range of hose fittings and crimped ends in stainless steel, carbon steel and brass, and assembles them on standard crimping equipment in its own workshop; these products cover working pressures up to 1,500 bar. Fitting dimensions and threads follow the international standards JIC (SAE J514 / ISO 8434-2), metric (ISO 8434-1), BSP (BS 5200) and ORFS (SAE J1453) — the same basis on which Parker's technical catalogue (Triple-Lok, Seal-Lok and 43 Series) is built.
Applications
- Permanent assembly of both ends of high-pressure hydraulic hose
- Connecting hose to hydraulic pumps, cylinders and valves
- Building custom hose assemblies to the project drawing

Selection by connection type
Each connection standard has its own page with a full assembly torque table and reference dimensions.

JIC 37° fittings
37-degree flare thread, the most widely used hydraulic connection standard in the oil and gas industry.

BSP fittings
British Standard Pipe thread, common on European-designed equipment.

Metric 24° fittings
Metric thread with a 24-degree sealing cone.

ORFS fittings and Code 61/62 flanges
Flat O-ring face seal and metric flange for high-pressure lines.

|---|---|
| Material | Zinc-plated carbon steel or stainless steel, depending on the application and operating environment |
| Size range | From dash -4 (1/4 inch) to dash -32 (2 inch) |
| Assembly torque | Per the standard torque table for each size and connection type (11 to 208 N·m depending on type and size) |
| Assembly method | Crimping on standard equipment |
| Quality control | Dimensional and leak-tightness inspection before delivery |
Hose-to-ferrule selection table
The table below gives the ferrule code matching each hose grade (per the relevant SAE/EN standard) for the common dash sizes. An "X" means that combination of size and grade does not exist in the standard range. The table is independent of the end thread type (JIC/BSP/metric/ORFS) and is determined by the hose grade.
